Hotspot Black Stove and Grate Polish – Matt Black

Description

Hotspot Black Stove and Grate Polish is a matt black, water-based polish. It is for use on wood and coal stoves, grates and surrounds.  It is particularly useful for covering minor rust spots, scratches or paint chips. 

How to use Hotspot Black Stove and Grate Polish

1. Ensure stove is either cold or at least moderately warm; protect surrounding soft furnishings or carpets, as graphite can stain if contact occurs.   
2. Apply sparingly with a dampened soft cloth and then polish off with a dry cloth or soft brush into a rich matt black finish.  
3. Re-apply sparingly once the area is clean and dry.
4. Re coat as required. 

Please note 

To clean up, rub off excess and wash hands with warm soapy water

Coverage is 5-10 sq.  metres  per  litre  depending  on  nature  of  the  surface. 

Use 0n cast iron  articles,  otherwise  conduct  a  small  compatibility  test  as  necessary.
