Liberon Stone Floor Wax is a traditional floor wax for protecting and nourishing sealed stone flooring while enhancing its natural colour and appearance. It leaves a beautiful soft lustre and satin, slip-resistant finish.

It is suitable for a range of natural and man-made stone flooring and is particularly useful for protecting stone floors against everyday staining, scratching and scuffing.

Suitable Stone Flooring

Liberon Stone Floor Wax can be used on a variety of sealed natural and man-made stone flooring, including:

• Stone floors
• Slate
• Terracotta
• Quarry tiles
• Other natural and man-made stone floor products

Porous flooring should be sealed before waxing. For best results, use a suitable Liberon Colour Enhancer Stone Floor Sealer before applying the wax.

How to Use Liberon Stone Floor Wax

Prepare the Surface

1. Ensure the floor is clean and completely dry.
2. Remove any deteriorating or previous finishes before application.
3. Porous surfaces should be sealed first with a suitable Liberon Colour Enhancer Stone Floor Sealer.

Apply the Stone Floor Wax

1. Apply a thin, even layer of Stone Floor Wax using a cotton lint-free cloth or suitable brush.
2. Allow the wax to dry for approximately 3 hours.
3. Once dry, buff the surface to a satin sheen using a brush, clean cotton cloth or suitable buffing machine.

Applying the wax in thin, even layers helps achieve an attractive and consistent finish.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Sweep or vacuum the floor regularly to remove loose dirt and grit. Do not wash waxed floors with water, as prolonged exposure to moisture can damage the wax and may stain the stone.

Buff the surface with a clean cloth to maintain the shine. Wipe up spillages promptly and do not allow moisture to remain on the waxed surface.

For stubborn marks, clean the affected area with Liberon Stone Floor Cleaner and re-apply Stone Floor Wax as required.

Re-wax the floor when the surface begins to look dry or dull. Floors in high-traffic areas may require more frequent waxing.

For areas where surface water is likely, such as kitchens and utility rooms, Liberon Stone Floor Shine is recommended instead of Stone Floor Wax.

Please Note

• Always test the product first on a spare surface or inconspicuous area to check colour compatibility and the final result.
• Porous stone should be sealed before applying Stone Floor Wax.
• Waxed surfaces may become slippery.
• Do not wash waxed floors with water.
• Wipe up spillages immediately.
• Remove as much product as possible from application tools after use.
• Do not dispose of product residues, washing water or solvents down sinks, toilets or drains.

Keep out of reach of children. Contains aliphatic solvents. Flammable. May cause lung damage if swallowed. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. Use only in well-ventilated areas. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Seek medical advice immediately and show the product container or label.
