Rustins Brass Restorer – 125ml

Description

Rustins Brass Restorer – 125ml is ideal for removing tarnish from exterior brass door furniture and restoring it to its original colour. It also cleans copper and bronze. It is often used on brass door furniture, Letterboxes and Kitchen utensils.

How to use Rustins Brass Restorer

1. Shake thoroughly before use.
2. Wipe the surface free from grease and dirt.
3. Remove any existing lacquer with Rustins Strypit Paint and Varnish Stripper.
4. Apply the Brass Restorer liberally with a brush and leave until the tarnish is removed. The ideal temperature to use this product is 15-25 ºC
5. You can dip small items.
6. One application should be sufficient but several may be needed for heavy tarnish.
7. Cleaned metal should be protected with Rustins Metal Lacquer to prevent re- tarnishing.
8. If you are going to repaint the area after treating, clean with Methylated Spirits.
9. Equipment should be cleaned with water.
