Description
Canvas is a soft versatile colour that can be the perfect neutral when used with other Chalk Paint colours. Combine Canvas with many of our other neutrals to create a soft calming scheme on Furniture.

Canvas is a pale, muted beige that will work with most interior design styles from rustic farmhouse to contemporary modern and sophisticated traditional. It pairs beautifully with natural materials such as stone, wood and dark metals to give that organic, neutral shade to build up your home, much like a painters canvas.
Try canvas with earthy browns such as Honfleur, or oatmeal and stone tones for a clean look such as Coco, perfect for traditional and modern interiors. Or for a warmer, cosy feel, pinks like Jaipur Pink and Antoinette. Also, red colours such as Paprika Red or Primer Red, like the customer example below.
How to Use Canvas Chalk Paint
- For best results apply the paint with either a chalk paint brush or flat brush.
- Once you have finished painting, we always recommend using either an Annie Sloan Chalk Paint Wax or chalk paint Lacquer to seal and finish. Apply with a wax brush or soft cloth.
- You can use a Sanding pad to smooth the paint or create an aged effect.
- Please be aware that the colour shades may look different on your computer screen to real life. For a true representative we strongly advise to use the hand painted colour card.
- We offer all paints in either a 120 ml tester pot or 1 litre tins.
- A one litre tin will cover approximately 13 square metres.
