Uses for Wax Filler Sticks

Liberon Wax Filler Sticks are ideal for a wide range of interior wood repairs, including:

How to Use Liberon Wax Filler Sticks

Liberon Wax Filler Sticks can be applied without a heat source, making them particularly suitable for repairs to finished furniture.

1. Ensure the area to be repaired is clean and dry.
2. Choose the closest matching colour, or combine colours if required.
3. Scrape off enough wax from the stick to fill the damaged area.
4. Soften the wax between your fingers.
5. Press the softened wax firmly into the crack, hole, dent or scratch using your fingers or a suitable plastic scraper.
6. Level the repair with the scraper, removing any excess wax.
7. Buff the repaired area with a clean, soft cloth.

Finishing the Repair

Once the repair has been levelled and the excess wax removed, buff the area with a clean cloth to blend the repair into the surrounding surface.

For a more uniform appearance, the repaired area can be finished with a suitable furniture wax or polish, depending on the existing finish of the piece.
