Frog Tape is the only masking tape that offers a non-bleed, crisp and clean lines due to its amazing paint-block technology. The frogtape multi-Surface is a medium adhesion masking tape that helps you achieve crisp, clean paint lines, so removing the need for touch-ups after use. It is ideal for use with many of our wood finishing products and paints to create a professional finish.

How to use Frog Tape Multi-Surface Masking Tape

1. Only use on cured surfaces (*dried for at least 3 days) or untreated area. Always test on an inconspicuous area first.
2. Before painting, FrogTape can be applied up to 21 days. It is UV resistant and can be applied for up to 7 days if in direct sunlight.
3. Remove immediately. If paint has dried, score the edges of the tape with a blade before removing. Remove slowly, folding the tape almost all the way onto itself.
4. If the tape begins to lift or pull off the surface, it probably means that you have masked a poorly bonded surface; try using a hairdryer to soften the tape’s adhesive.
5. Protect the edge of your FrogTape by storing the unused portion in this canister.

Surfaces and substrates do vary, so for complete compatibility it is important to test before use on ALL surfaces including those with texture.

FrogTape Multi-Surface is designed for use with emulsion paint, the use of some solvent based coatings may change the characteristics of this tape.

Use only on clean dry surfaces. Do not use on hardwood floors, wallpaper, decorative finishes and surfaces that may peel.

Allow paint to fully dry (not just touch dry) for at least 3 days before applying Frog Tape® as humidity, paint colour and number of coats may affect curing time.

Take extra care when applying Frog Tape to ceilings.
