Description
Osmo Brush Cleaner and Thinner, simply and easily cleans brushes. It is made of white spirit that is free of aromatic compounds. It is a premium quality, benzene-free and low odour formula that makes it much more pleasant to use than harsh white spirits and methylated spirits. Osmo Brush Cleaner and Thinner is ideal for cleaning tools after applying Osmo wood finishes, oil and artificial resin-based finishes, as well as for thinning solvent-based finishes.

STORAGE Up to 5 years and longer if can is kept dry and closed tightly.
Also suitable as thinner for solvent-based oil paints.
Dispose of leftover product and completely emptied packaging according to local official guidelines (waste code number 08 01 11). Only completely emptied cans can be recycled.

Is Osmo brush cleaner and Thinner just an expensive white spirit?
Osmo Brush Cleaner and Thinner is a type of white spirit but has had the aromatic compounds and Benzene removed. Benzene can cause problems in the blood as it can cause damage to tissues that form blood cells in the bone marrow. Because Osmo Brush Cleaner and Thinner has had the Benzene removed, it is a much safer alternative.
Does Osmo Brush Cleaner have any other uses?
Osmo Brush Cleaner is mainly used for cleaning brushes after use but it is also used as a de-greaser on woods before applying Osmo oils. This will help for the oil to penetrate into the wood deeply as the barrier of grease or other substance has been removed allowing the oil to soak in correctly.
