Terms of sale.
Online Purchases only – In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly issue a refund (excluding carriage costs), the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase in the same condition as it left us. It must be unopened and unused. The refund will be issued upon return arrival. See full return instructions / information below.
Shop Purchases – Store collections. We do allow you to collect from our shop, Unit 6A, Deanfield Drive, Link 59 Business Park, Clitheroe, Lancashire, BB7 1QJ. Please come into the unit signposted Antiques world as we are in a shared premises. If unhappy the item must be returned within 7 days of purchase in the same condition as it left us. The refund will be issued upon return arrival.

Postage / Deliveries
Our deliveries are usually made via Royal Mail 48h Tracked, but we cannot guarantee your order will be received within the 48h time period due to the speeds of Royal Mail especially during busy periods. Our standard delivery costs £2.99 but we do offer UK FREE delivery on all orders over £20. Larger orders may be sent with different couriers but you will be informed when dispatched.
We dispatch our items Monday to Friday before 2pm. Any orders after this time will go onto our next days orders. On occasion, we may not be able to dispatch on the same day due to stock levels, but we have stock arriving on a daily basis so your order will be prioritised as soon as stock levels are replenished. We only deliver at these rates with UK postage via our website, for overseas interest please email to see if we can ship the desired product to you, as customs can depend with each country.
We now also offer a 24 Hour service (available at checkout) but this is not a guaranteed next day delivery. 24 Hour delivery is only available Monday to Friday and orders must be placed before 12pm. 24 Hour delivery excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
The 24 Hour postage service is for mainland only and can exclude some areas of northern Scotland and remote areas. 24 hour is unfortunately not available for northern Ireland.
We package our items very well, but if there are any damages please let us know immediately.
Returns
Returns are accepted as long as no product has been opened or used.
If you would like to return any orders then please see the following –
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
Any items must not be opened or used
Items must be sent in a leak proof bag and well packaged (in the same way we post them to you)
Items must be sent back tracked postage
Items must arrive unopened and in good condition
If any items arrive damaged to us, unfortunately we can not offer a refund.
Upon arrival, if in good unopened condition, we will offer a refund excluding any postage costs.
Postage costs can range from £2.99 – £20 depending on the size of the parcel and what service is used to return.
We can supply a returns label if requested.
If there are any issues with the return, then we will notify you. If approved, you will be automatically refunded by your original payment method via stripe. This can take up to 7 days to appear back onto your card.
Please note that wood oils or paint finishes that are tinted to order, are non-returnable and non refundable. This is because they are tinted to your specific shade. Please check the product page before ordering to determine if this is a tinted product.
Damaged Items
Damaged Items can only be refunded if there is proof of the damaged item and packaging via a photograph. We require a photograph of the item unopened in the original packaging and also a photograph of the damage on the item itself. Without this unfortunately no refunds can be offered. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of Delivery via email. We pack our items extremely well but on occasion small dents in the tins etc. are quite normal due to postage. As long as the tin lid is still securely attached, this is still perfectly usable and not classed as damaged.
Storage
We store all of our products in our warehouse and use all the correct precautions & facilities to hand-mix and produce our restoration products on a daily basis. Our products are shelved in a cool area away from direct sunlight meaning the effectiveness of the product isn’t affected and we recommend you keep these products in a cool, dark area unless stated for the best use of our products.
Invoices
All goods must be paid for in full before delivery, please check your address & details are correct when placing an order otherwise the order will fail or may end up at the incorrect address. You should automatically receive a confirmation receipt when the order has been placed. Vat receipts are available upon request.
Use of Products that we sell on our website
As with all finishes, we always recommend to test a small area first to ensure of compatibility and you are happy with the finish and results. Ensure you follow the manufacturer’s instructions at all times. We do not offer a guarantee or warranty on any products sold on this website. Any goods supplied by our company, that are not manufactured by us, will be subject to the manufacturers terms, guarantees and warranties and our company’s obligations shall not extend any further under any circumstances. We will always try to advise to the best of our knowledge to help you when using any products purchased from our website. We can also offer help by contacting the manufacturers technical support on your behalf. We can not be held accountable or liable for any advise given.
